AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY .177
LOCATED AT 8101 ASHER AVENUE IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as
indicated.
(a) Z -3779 - Described as Lots 12, 13, 14 and 15, Block 7,
Pike Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
from "R -2" Single Family District to "0-1" Quiet Office
District.
(b) Z- 3779 -A - Described as Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 7,
Pike Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
from "I -2" Light Industrial District to "O -1" Quiet
Office District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and
in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
