AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
700 to 800 NAPA VALLEY DRIVE (Z- 3789),
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Part of the SW 1/4, Section 33, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, lying south of Turtle Creek
Subdivision (Plat Book A, Page 363), and east of Napa
Valley Road; described as:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 144 of said
Turtle Creek Subdivision; thence easterly along said
subdivision's southerly boundary the following bearings
and distances, north 83° 31' 10" east, 113.12 feet,
north 84° 28' 51" east, 50.05 feet, north 83° 32' 31"
east, 152.0 feet, south 16° 20' 49" east, 41.25 feet,
north 69° 11' 01" east, 119.9 feet, north 420 16' 41"
east, 55.7 feet, north 150 19' 55" west, 9.7 feet,
north 54° 21' 49" east, 171.8 feet, south 37° 11' 30"
east, 149.9 feet and south 50° 48' 15" east, 95.7 feet;
thence south 300 47' 25" east, 208.08 feet; thence
south 00° 55' 57" east, 420.0 feet; thence south 720
30' west, 210.0 feet; thence north 53° 46' 24" west,
148.80 feet; thence north 00° 55' 57" west, 59.2 feet;
thence south 890 04' 03" west, 560.0 feet; thence north
00° 55' 57" west, 515.42 feet to the point of
beginning; containing 11.90 acres, more or less.
Property is to be used for a church and related
activities and is zoned "R -2."
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City Ordinances,
codes and the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
