AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO
FRUEHAUF CORPORATION TO USE A PART OF
THE RIGHT OF WAY AT 2300 WEST 60TH
STREET FOR THE PURPOSES OF LANDSCAPING
AND PROVIDING IN FRONT PARKING; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF 'DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. A franchise is hereby granted to Fruehauf
Corporation to use a part of the right of way at 2300 West
60th Street with approximately two thousand, five hundred
(2,500) square feet to be used for parking and approximately
three thousand (3,000) square feet to be used for landscaping,
subject to any utility easements already granted in the area
and subject to the requirement that Fruehauf Corporation will
be responsible for any pavement repairs required as a result
of any digging by Southwestern Bell Telephone Company to
repair buried cable in the area.
'SECTI&. 2. This Ordinance shall remain in full force
and effect'lfrom and after its adoption and approval.
