AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 4908 -4928 WEST MARKHAM
STREET IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -3781 - Described as part of Block 5, and Lot 6,
Banks Subdivision of Block 6, Howard Adams Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, more particularly
described as: Commencing at the SE corner of Block 5
of Howard Adams' Addition; thence west along the north
line of West Markham Street, said line being the south
line of said Block 5, 93.33 feet to the point of
beginning; thence continuing west along said north line
of West Markham Street, said line being the south line
of said Block 5, 215.18 feet to the SW corner of Block
5; thence N 00% 24' W, along the west line of said
Block 5, 200.04 feet to a point, said point being S
00% 24' E, 100.04 feet from the NW corner of Block 5;
thence east parallel to the south line of said Block 5,
154.16 feet; thence S 00% 26' E, 50 feet to a point;
thence east parallel to the south line of Block 5,
60.85 feet; thence S 000, 27' E, parallel to the east
line of said Block 5, 150.07 feet to the point of
beginning and the S 200 feet of Lot 6, Banks
Subdivision of Block 6, Howard Adams Addition from
"R -3" Single Family District and "0-3" General Office
District to "C -3" General Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and
in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
