AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as
indicated.
(a) Z- 2106 -C - Described as a parcel situated in the SW
174, SW 1/4, Section 28, the SE 1/4, SE 1/4,
Section 29, the NE 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 32 and the
NW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 33. All in T -2 -N, R -12 -W of
the Fifth Principle Meridan, City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as follows: Commencing at the SE corner of
the NW 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 33, T -2 -N, R -12 -W; thence N
O10, 35' E, 464 feet to a point on the south line of
the Riverdale Addition to the City of Little Rock;
thence along said south line of the Riverdale Addition,
N 880, 43' W, 483.19 feet to a point on the centerline
of Riverfront Drive; thence along said centerline of

R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
described as follows: Commence at the center of said
Section 34; thence S along the N/S centerline of
Section 34, 124.9 feet; thence N 730, 12' W, 256.9 feet
to the point of beginning; thence continue N 731, 12'
W, 165 feet; thence N 170, 56' E, 262.7 feet to the
south right -of -way line of Rodney Parham Road; thence S
470, 54' E, along said south right -of -way line 257.9
feet; thence S 420, 30' W, 169.2 feet to the point of
beginning from "R -2" Single Family District to "0-3"
General Office District.
(c) Z -3794 - Described as part of the NE 1/4, NE 1/4,
Section 32, T -2 -N, R -12 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the SW corner of the NE 1/4, NE 1/4, of
said Section 32; thence run north along the west line
of said NE 1/4, NE 1/4, 119.5 feet to the point of
beginning; thence E 102.5 feet to the west right -of -way
line of the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad;
thence southeasterly along said west right -of -way line
183 feet; thence easterly at right angles to said
right -of -way 30 feet to a point on aline lying 20 feet
westerly from and parallel with the centerline of The
Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad's main track;
thence northwesterly along said line 20 feet westerly
from and parallel with said railroad's centerline 379.4
feet; thence S 860, 581, 07" W, 72.42 feet to a point

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and
in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
