AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED AT I -440 AND BANKHEAD DRIVE,
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -3783 - described as a tract of land situated in the
NE 17-4 of the SE 1/4 and in the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4
of Section 18, T -1 -N, R -11 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of the SE 1/4,
Section 18, T -1 -N, R -11 -W; thence north 87° 09' 52"
west, 300.08 feet along the north line of the NE 1/4,
SE 1/4 to the point of beginning; thence south 01° 25'
37" west, 541.48 feet; thence north 870 45' 12" west,
339.57 feet to a,point on the easterly right -of -way
line of Jones Street; thence northwesterly along a
tangent curve to the right, having a central angle of
0° 39' 51," a radius of 2,842.28 feet and a chord
bearing and distance of north 46° 34' 15" west,
132.14 feet; thence continue along said right -of -way
line north 450 14' 20" west, 78.39 feet; thence north
44° 26' 13" east, 18.24 feet; thence north 38° 43' 13"
west, 672.8 feet; thence north 03° 25' 10" east, 40
feet; thence south 860 34' 50" east, 20 feet; thence
south 03° 25' 10" west, 32.3 feet; thence south 380
43' 13" east, 56.2 feet; thence south 870 09' 52" east
along the north line of the NE 1/4, SE 1/4, 1,437.22
feet to the point of beginning, from "AF" Agriculture
and Forestry District and "R -2" Single Family District
to "C -3" General Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
