AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY OF LITTLE ROCK ORDINANCE NO. 14,163
DEALING WITH TAXICAB PERMITS, MAKING FINDINGS OF PUBLIC CONVEN-
IENCE AND NECESSITY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of City of Little Rock Ordinance
No. 14,163 is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. It is hereby found to be in the best
interest of public convenience and necessity to
authorize Thomas L. Robinson, doing business as
Capitol Cab Company, additional taxicab permits
in order to bring the total taxicab permits of
Thomas L. Robinson, doing business as Capitol
Cab Company to twenty -five (25) such permits.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
