AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1. OF
ORDINANCE 14,177 WHICH ACCEPTED THE
ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN LANDS TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND
MADE SAME A PART OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section is hereby amended to read as follows:
The following described area, all lying wholly within Pulaski County,
Arkansas, to -wit:
Commencing at the southwest corner of the-SW 1/4, SW 1/4 of
Section 15, Township One North, Range Thirteen West; thence
easterly along the south line of said SW 1/4, SW 1/4, 1109 feet
to a point on the west right -of -way line of Shackleford Road;
thence north 40 20' west along the west line of Shackleford
Road 208.9 feet to the point of beginning; thence north 40 20'
west along the west line of Shackleford Road 102.3 feet to a
point; thence north 210 29' west along the west line of said
road 122 feet to a point; thence north 250 11' west along the
west line of said road 100 feet to a point; thence north 280
40' west along the west line of said road 895.7 feet to a point
on the north line of said SW 1/4, SW 1/4; thence westerly along
the north line of said SW 1/4, SW 1/4, 523.2 feet to the
northwest corner of the said SW 1/4, SW 1/4; thence southerly
along the west line of said SW 1/4, SW 1/4, 1104.8 feet to a
point; thence east 1109 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 18 acres more or less, including all adjacent and
abutting streets and rights -of -way.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force from and after its
passage and approval.
