AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING SPECIAL PROJECTS
FUNDS FOR B AND C FUNDING CATEGORIES FOR
—THE YEAR 1982; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. There are hereby appropriated from
General, Street and Revenue Sharing Funds the following
amounts for the following items:
600,000.00
300,000.00
Section 2. From time to time as may be required the
City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby authorized and
directed to issue the necessary warrants and to expend those
funds appropriated hereby.
Section 3. It is hereby found and determined that
there is an immediate and urgent need for adopting this budget
so that all the City's obligations can be met. Therefore, an
emergency is declared to exist, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage.
