MIEREAS, by Resolution No. 2756 a franchise was
granted;for,the. placement of bus benches in the City of Little
Rock, and ; .- -
.".:WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 5454 the franchise granted
by Resolution No: 2756 was extended for a period of six years
ending December.l, 1981.
<NOW,- TIIEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The bus bench franchise granted by Resolu-
tion No. 2756 adopted November 6, 1961 and extended by Resolu-
tion No -5454 -which is held by Public Bench Ads, Inc. is hereby
renewed;for:a period of 10 (ten) years from December 1, 1981
in accordance with the terms and provisions now in effect.
Section 2. The bus bench franchise fee established
by Section 3-of Resolution No. 2756 is hereby increased from
two dollars- ($Q.00) to five dollars ($5.00) per year for each
bench placed upon any route in the City of Little Rock.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
