r6 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 13,920, SAID
L6 ESTABLISHING FEE SCHEDULES FOR BUILDING,
r-i ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, AND RELATED WORK PERFORMED IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

W The following section and subsection of ordinance no. 13,920, are amended

SECTION 1. "Building Fees" subparagraph (b) (1) is amended to read:
(b) Repair to existing construction: (does not include extension
of existing roof line) requires a permit when cost of labor
ri and materials is $1,000 or more.

Building fees is amended to add subparagraph (m) plan checking fee.

In those instances where an architect, engineer, owner, developer, or contractor
asks to have a set of construction plans checked for compliance with the building
code prior to making a written application.for a permit, a plan checking fee of
$50.00 will be charged; This fee will be deducted from the permit fee should an
application be submitted based on these plans resulting in the issuance of a
construction permit.
SECTION 2. The provisions of all technical codes, ordinances and codes of
ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this - ordinance are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage.
