ORDINANCE NO. 14,156
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
(a) Z- 2393 -B - Described as Lots 5 and 6,
R.D. Duncan's Addition from "0-3" General Office
District to "MF -12" Multifamily District.
(b) Z -3763 - Described as part of the NE 1/4, SE 1/4,
Sermon 32 and part of the W 1/2, SW 1/4,
Section 33, T -2 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Beginning at the intersection of the westerly
right -of -way line of Jessie Road and the northerly
right -of -way line of Cantrell Road (Arkansas State
Highway No. 10); thence northwesterly along said
northerly right -of -way line of Cantrell Road the
following chord bearings and distances: N 76° 08'
45" w, 356.41 feet; N 66° 30' 56" W, 429.08 feet;
N 630 51' 16" W, 402.03 feet;, and N 61° 41' 07" W,
413.77 feet to the southwest corner of Tract 1,
Clark's Subdivision, Little Rock, Arkansas; thence
N 280 59' 10" E, along the east line of said Tract
1, 654.84 feet to the northeast corner thereof;
thence S 530 05' 37" E, along the southerly
right -of -way line of the Chicago Rock Island and
Pacific Railway 409.28 feet to a point; thence S
52° 59' E, and continuing along said southerly
right -of -way line 1,164.17 feet to a point on the
westerly right -of -way line of Jessie Road; thence
southwesterly along said westerly right -of -way
line, being the arc of a curve to the right,
having a chord bearing and distance of S 18° 43'
20" W, 69.02 feet to a point; thence S 240 36'
45" W, and continuing along said westerly
right -of -way line 209.62 feet to the point of
beginning from "I -2" Light Industrial District to
"C -3" General Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 43 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and

changes provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
