ORDINANCE NO. 14,148
AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
KAVANAUGH AND HILLCREST (2- 3759),
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
All of Blocks 56, 57, 58, and 59, of Pulaski Heights
Addition to the City of Little Rock and those closed
streets and alley right -of -way adjacent to Blocks 57,
58, and 59, as vacanted by City Ordinance No. 4384,
dated December 3, 1928. LESS AND EXCEPT: the north 10
feet of Blocks 58 and 59, for a right -of -way recorded
in Book 539, Page 156, dated April 22, 1954. The
property is to be used for a convent dormitory
residence and is zoned "R -2."
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
Ordinances, Codes, and the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
