A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A CONTRACT FOR THE
PURCHASE OF EMULSION (SS- 1,CRS -2P) FOR THE
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKSf STREET PROGRAM.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept
bids and award a contract to Elf Asphalt in an amount not to exceed
$175,000 for the purchase of emulsion (SS -1 and CRS -2P) for the
Department of Public Works' street program.
