A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXCLUSIVE FRANCHISE
TO THE CO- OWNERS OF TOWNHOUSES IN THE PARK
HORIZONTAL PROPERTY REGIME FOR EXCLUSIVE
USE OF A DRIVEWAY ACROSS CITY PROPERTY.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: An exclusive franchise is hereby granted to the
co- owners of Townhouses in the Park Horizontal Property Regime for
use of the north side of the driveway across City property as a
one -way exit to Cedar Hill Road as reflected on the attached
Exhibit "A" made a part hereto.
SECTION 2: This resolution shall be in full force and
effect 90 days after .approval by the Board of Directors. The City
reserves the right to revoke said Franchise approval in the event
of a public need superior to the use granted.

Commencing at a found iron pin on top of a stone
wall with fence which is the Northwest Corner of
