NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1: An exclusive franchise is hereby granted to the co- owners of Townhouses in the Park Horizontal Property Regime for use of the north side of the driveway across City property as a one -way exit to Cedar Hill Road as reflected on the attached Exhibit "A" made a part hereto. SECTION 2: This resolution shall be in full force and effect 90 days after .approval by the Board of Directors.
