A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO .
ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE
OF TWO TRIPLE COMBINATION FIRE PUMPER TRUCKS FOR
THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN AND GENERAL SERVICES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept
bids and award a contract for the purchase of 2 combination fire
pumper trucks for the Department of Human and General Services in
an amount not to exceed $327,374 to Jack Jennings.
SECTION 2: Funding is available in Special Projects
Account No. 210 -214- 0139 -7060.

3. Two stage transfer valve not power operated
Fleet Services has stated that these exceptions would make up for
the difference in the bids.
