A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 6,482
AS PREVIOUSLY AMENDED BY RESOLUTION NO. 7,630
APPROVING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A DEFINED
CONTRIBUTION PLAN AS RETIREMENT FOR NON -
UNIFORMED EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The second sentence in Section 10 - FUNDING
AND ADMINISTRATION shall be amended to read as follows:
§10.2 - The Assistant City Manager for Administration,
Personnel Director, and Finance Director shall act as Trustees for
the administration of the City's Non - uniform Retirement Plan with
authority and responsibility to:
Receive and account for funds of the plan; transfer
funds of the plan within accounts as deemed
necessary; and appoint a committee or committees to
assist in the administration of the plan.
