A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO
THE ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION COMMISSION; THE ARKANSAS ARTS
CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES; BOARD OF EQUALIZATION; CITY
BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION; PARKING AUTHORITY; AND THE PRIVATE
INDUSTRY COUNCIL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby
appointed and reappointed as members of the respective
Boards and Commissions:

Ernestine Towns, reappointed to a four year term
expiring May 4, 1991.
Appointed to four year terms beginning July 1, 1987 and
expiring June 30, 1991:
John Earl
Mrs. Edward M. Penick, Jr.
Curtis Finch, Jr.
Mrs. Philip S. Anderson
Mrs. Paul W. (Barbara) Hoover, Jr. (reappointed)
Dr. Howard Curtis Reed (reappointed)
Mr. Ron Robinson, appointed to fill the unexpired term
of Mrs. Joy Greer, said term expiring June 30, 1989.
Dell L. Edwards, reappointed to a three year term
expiring June 1, 1990.
(d) CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION:
Jane Rogers, appointed to fill the unexpired term of
Cindy Miller (4 months) and to a three year term
expiring October 19, 1990.
