A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO AWARD A CONTRACT TO CIVIL DESIGN, INC.
FOR CONSULTANT ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR
THIRD STREET FROM JOHNSON TO WOODROW AND
IMPROVEMENTS OF OFF -SITE DRAINAGE FACILITIES
SOUTH TO CAPITOL STREET.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. In compliance with Section 2 -44(b) of the
Little Rock Code of Ordinances dealing with the selection of
professional services, the City Manager is hereby authorized to
award a contract to Civil Design, Inc. for consultant engineering
services for Third Street from Johnson to Woodrow and
improvements of off -site drainage facilities south to Capitol
Street.
