RESOLUTION NO. 7.771
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS
FOR THE SALE OF LANDS CURRENTLY BEING USED
BY THE LITTLE ROCK WASTEWATER UTILITY WHICH
IS NEEDED FOR THE WIDENING OF HIGHWAY 10.
NOW, THEREFORE, BRIT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute such documents as are necessary for the
sale of lands currently being used by the Little Rock Wastewater
Utility which is needed for the widening of Highway 10.

The Arkansas State Highway Commission has offered to purchase, for the
amount of $500, a track of land from The City of Little Rock, Arkansas
which is for the use and-benefit of the Little Rock Sanitary Sewer Com-
mittee. The land, located on Highway 10, contains approximately 0.02
acre. The legal description is provided below.
The Little Rock Sanitary Sewer Committee is requested to authorize the
sale of the referenced land and place a resolution before the City of
Little Rock.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 21, Township 2 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Starting at the Northwest Corner of the Southwest Quarter of
the Northwest Quarter of Section 21; thence South 00 degrees
37' 15" West along the West line thereof a distance of 94.71
feet to a point on the proposed Northeasterly right of way
line of Arkansas State Highway 10 for the point of beginning;
thence South 77 degrees 03' 04" East along said proposed
right of way line a distance of 38.35 feet to a point; thence
South 16 degrees 11' 53" West a distance of 25.85 feet to a
point on the existing Northeasterly right of way line of said
Arkansas State Highway 10; thence North 76 degrees 36' 15"
West along said existing right of way line a distance of
31.30 feet to a point on the West line of the Southwest Quar-
ter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21; thence North 00
degrees 37' 15" East along said line a distance of 26.16 feet
to the point of beginning and containing 0.02 acre more or
less.
