ASSOCIATES FOR APPRAISALS OF
EASEMENTS OF SPECIFIC PROJECTS F1
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM;
PURPOSES.
ESTATE APPRAISAL

DR THE 2004 BOND
AND FOR OTHER
WHEREAS, professional appraisals of rights -of -way & easements is needed for
the 2004 Bond Capital Improvement Program street reconstruction, traffic signal &
intersection improvement, drainage improvement and school area pedestrian safety,
and
WHEREAS, Funding for the project is available from funds from the 2004 Bond
Issue (e.g., 315 - 220 -DP, 318 - 220 -SW, 314 - 220 -SR, 314 - 220 -TS, 314 - 220 -II), and
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock received professional appraisal services price
proposals (bid number 04 -4229) and Richard A. Stephens & Associates was named one
of the qualified selected bidders for professional services as specified for named
projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to award a contract and
execute a professional appraisal of rights -of -way & easements services agreement with
Richard A. Stephens & Associates to provide appraisal services, at specific project
locations as required and requested, for designated project prices not to exceed as
detailed herein:

21 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item,
22 sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid
23 or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining
24 portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so
25 declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
26 resolution.

Section 4. Repealer. All ordinances and resolutions, inconsistent with this
resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
