A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANGER
TO ENTER INTO A CDBG ENGINEERING CONTRACT
WITH WHITE - DATERS AND ASSOCIATES, INC.
FOR SITE IMPROVEMENTS ON THE AFFORDABLE
HOUSING SITE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
PHE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter
into a CDBG Engineering contract with White - Daters and
9ssociates, Inc. pursuant to Section 2 -44(b) of the Little Rock
-ode of Ordinances (Selection of Professional Services) in an
amount of $40,756.00 for consultation engineering services in
--onnection with the Fletcher Meadows site of the City's
kffordable Home Ownership Demonstration Program.
SECTION 2. Funding for this program has been provided by
previous appropriation and is available in Account No. 86/12103 -B .
