RESOLUTION APPOINTING BOARD OF ASSESSMENT FOR
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 147 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, Sewer Improvement District No. 147, Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas has formed its plan for improvement and
has ascertained the approximate cost of the improvement; and
WHEREAS, a Board of Assessment should be appointed to assess
the benefits to be received by each lot, block and other sub-
division of land within the District by reason of the proposed
local improvement; and
WHEREAS, John Kapp, Sherry Anhalt and Janice Sue Clayton are
electors of the City of Little Rock and are qualified by training
and experience to serve as assessors for the District and are so
willing to serve, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rock that:
1. John Kapp, Sherry Anhalt and Janice Sue Clayton shall be
and are hereby appointed as the Board of Assessment for Sewer
Improvement District No. 147 of Little Rock, Arkansas to assess
the benefits to be received by each lot, block and other sub-
division of land within this District by reason of the proposed
local improvement.
