BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. A franchise is hereby granted to the George W.
Donaghey Foundation to use a part of the air space above the 100
Block of East Seventh Street, between Scott and Main Streets,
approximately twelve (12) feet wide, twenty (20) feet high and sixty (60)
feet long, totaling approximately fourteen thousand four hundred (14,400)
cubic feet, and to use part of the air space above the 600 Block of Main
Street, between Sixth and Seventh Streets, approximately twelve (12) feet
wide, twenty (20) feet high and eighty (80) feet long, totaling approximately
nineteen thousand two hundred (19,200) cubic feet for two (2) skywalks
whose lowest elevations will be no less sixteen (16) feet and fifteen (15)
feet, respectively, above the highest grade of the street. Structural support
piers shall maintain a minimum lateral clearance from the back of the
curb of 2' -0 ".
Section 2. This resolution shall remain in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and approval. The City reserves the right to
revoke said Franchise approval in the event of failure to comply with
with the requirements of approval or in the event of a public need
superior to the use granted.
