A RESOLUTION COMMENDING THE PARTICIPANTS TO THE
WORLD TAE - KWON -DO GAMES TO BE HELD IN ROME,
ITALY, ON APRIL 24 THROUGH APRIL 261 1987.
WHEREAS, Mr. Buddy Hudson has earned a third degree
black belt in tae - kwon -do; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Hudson has been selected by the founder of
tae - kwon -do, General Kong Hi Chow, to represent the United
States of America in the World Games to be held in Rome,
Italy on April 24 -26, 1987.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Little Rock Board of Directors hereby
expresses its support and appreciation to Mr. Buddy Hudson
for being selected by the founder of tae - kwon -do to
represent the United States in the World Games to be held in
Rome, Italy on April 24 -26, 1987.
SECTION 2. The Board of Directors hereby encourages
all citizens of the City of Little Rock to show their
appreciation of Mr. Hudson's accomplishments by supporting
him in this endeavor both morally and financially.
SECTION 3. The Board of Directors further expresses
its support and appreciation to Mr. Scott McNeely, Senior
Vice President of the United States Tae - Kwon -Do Federation,
who is a fifth degree black belt, and will be accompanying
Mr. Hudson to the World Game.
SECTION 4. The Little Rock Board of Directors extends
to Mr. Buddy Hudson and Mr. Scott McNeely the best of luck
while competing in the World Games.
