A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS TO
RENOVATE THE PUBLIC WORKS MATERIAL YARD
OPERATIONS BUILDING FOR A COST NOT TO
EXCEED $39,000; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
enter into construction contracts to renovate the Public
Works Material Yard Operations Building for a cost not to
exceed $39,000, the funds for which are available within the
Public Works Department Operating Budget.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval.
