RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND
APPOINTING ASSESSORS IN
LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 138
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Little Rock Municipal
J. 09
Improvement District No. 138 have filed herein plans for con-
structing a sewage collection system, a water distribution
system, a natural gas distribution system and for constructing
street improvements, together with the necessary certificates
and approval of the State and local agencies having jurisdiction,
and have reported the estimate of costs of constructing the im-
provements set out above to be $473,783.00 the same to be
assessed and charged upon the real property of the District
according to the benefits received; and it appearing that said
plans conform to the purposes for which the District was
organized;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that said plans are approved; that
the making of the assessments for said improvements be under-
taken; and that James Mitchell, George Wells, and Noland Rushing
are hereby appointed assessors to assess the benefits or damages,
if any, to be realized by each lot or block or other subdivision
of land in said District.
