A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE THE NORTHERN 35 FEET AND SOUTHERN
15 FEET OF LINDSEY ROAD BETWEEN FOURCHE ISLAND LEVEE
AND LITTLE ROCK PORT AUTHORITY DOCK FACILITY IN LITTLE
ROCK PORT INDUSTRIAL PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 22nd day of July 1982,
asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon the northern 35 feet and
southern 15 feet of Lindsey Road between Fourche Island Levee and Little Rock
Port Dock Facility of the Little Rock Port Industrial Park Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of said Addition now
appearing of record in Deed Book 1175, Page 543, in the office of the Recorder
of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utility easements
located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting of the
Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30 o'clock P.M., on the 17th day
of August 1982
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing
in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive
weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general
circulation in the City of Little Rock.
