A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE GROVE STREET BETWEEN I -430
AND NATURAL RESOURCES DRIVE STREETS, IN SANTA
FE PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of

Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 19th
day of July , 19 82 , asking the Board
of Directors to vacate and abandon all of Grove Street between
I -430 and Natural Resources Drive in Block
of Santa Fe
Park Addition in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
designated on the plat of said Addition now appearing of record
in Deed Book 1 , Page 164_ , in the office of the
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any
public utility easements located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at
the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30
o'clock P.M., on the 17th day of August , 1982..
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication
once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper
published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general cir-
culation in the City of Little Rock.
