A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE GRANTING OF AN
EASEMENT AT INTERSTATE PARK TO THE WASTEWATER
UTILITY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW LINE; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the staff has reviewed the proposed location
for a new line to connect to the major trunk being
constructed in the Fourche bottoms by the Wastewater
Utility; and
WHEREAS, the staff has reviewed the proposed location
and recommends the easement be granted across Interstate
Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The granting of an easement at Interstate
Park to the Wastewater Utility to be used for construction
of a new line is hereby authorized.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval.
