A RESOLUTION EXTENDING FIRE SERVICE CONTRACTS
FOR FIRE FIGHTING SERVICES FOR A ONE YEAR
PERIOD TO CERTAIN COMPANIES OUTSIDE THE
CORPORATE LIMITS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Fire service contracts for fire fighting
services for companies outside the city limits are hereby
extended for a one year period for the following companies:
Siemen's - Allis, 14000 Dineen Drive
Independent Air Conditioning, 12221 Arch Street
3M Granite Plant, 3M Road
Levi Strauss, 15000 Panatela Parkway
Industrial Development Company of Little Rock
2200 East 145th Street
Riffe Petroleum, 89 Shamberger Lane
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval.
