7052% mom M = = 30 RESOLUTION NO. 7,052 A Resolution Authorizing The City Manager to Dispose Of Surplus Radio Equipment Be It Resolved By The Board Of Directors Of The City Of Little Rock, Arkansas: Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to dispose of certain surplus radio equipment of the City to the entities, for the consideration, for the purposes, and upon the conditions hereinafter set forth. (a) To the Red Cross, in recognition of its contri- butions to the citizens of Little Rock in times of emergency: 11 HT 220 portables and 10 MO COM base 70 mobiles, total value $8,598.45. (b) To the Civil Air Patrol, in recognition of its contributions to the citizens of Little Rock in times of emergency: 2 base and 2 base remotes, 12 MOTRAC mobiles, and 15 HT portables, total value $16,591.53 (c) To Pulaski County, in recognition of its contribu- tions to the citizens of Little Rock in providing health services: Proviso: Whereas Pulaski County claims that the city has some legal financial obligation to it for partial funding of the Pulaski Health Department for the years 1975 through 1983, which the City denies, the conveyance of the foregoing described surplus radio equipment shall not be made until such time as the County executes and delivers to the City Manager a written full waiver to any claim it may purport to have against the City in such connection.
