RESOLUTION NO. 7,213
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE
OF FIREWORKS IN THE AREAS PROPOSED
FOR ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. On November 2, 1982, the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas annexed certain property to the
City. Anyone who has made arrangements to sell fireworks within
the areas annexed on that date may do so through August 1, 1984.
SECTION 2. The privilege granted in Section 1 of this
Resolution shall only extend to those areas included in the
annexation of November 2, 1982 and shall expire automatically on
August 2, 1984.
