7207RESOLUTION NO. 7,207 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO PURCHASE 4.2 ACRES IN ROCK CREEK. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed, attacted hereto as Exhibit A, for the purchase of land described in the deed, 4.2 acres in Rock Creek, as part of the Flood Land Acquisitions for atotal price of $18,295.20.
