RESOLUTION NO. 7,187
A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING APPRECIATION AND
GRATITUDE TO LT. COLONEL LARRY S. BONINE
FOR SERVICES RENDERED WHILE BEING ASSIGNED
TO THE LITTLE "ROCK DISTRICT CORPS OF ENGINEERS.
WHEREAS, Lt. Colonel Larry S. Bonine has been assigned
to the Little Rock District Corps of Engineers ds- District
Engineer from January 6, 1981, during which time he gave
unselfishly of his time, talents and energy in assisting not
only the State of Arkansas and its communities, but also the
City of Little Rock staff and citizens in flood control, and
efforts to improve our city such as in the development of the
handicapped playground at Murray Park and the development of
Riverfront Park; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors to
express appreciation and gratitude to Lt. Colonel Larry S,
Bonine for services rendered to this city and county.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ]DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Sincere gratitude and appreciation is hereby
extended to Lt. Colonel Larry S. Bonine for public service as
the District Engineer of the Little Rock District Corps of
Engineers. May he recall this assignment with pride in a job
well -done; and
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
