A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO A JOINT USE AGREEMENT WITH
SOUTHWESTERN BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
enter into a license agreement with Southwestern Bell Telephone
Company for pole attachment and /or conduit occupancy by City
equipment to utility owned facilities.
