A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A SUCCESSOR
COMMISSIONER FOR PLEASANT RIDGE STREET,
WATER, SEWER AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 636 OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of Pleasant
Ridge Street, Water, Sewer and Drainage Improvement District
No. 636 of Little Rock, Arkansas, has represented that one of
the commissioners of said board is no longer qualified to
serve as a Commissioner for the district, and all of the
members of the board have recommended the appointment of
Hartford Hamilton as his successor on said board, now there-
fore
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
1. That the report is approved and Hartford
Hamilton be and he is hereby appointed Commissioner of
Pleasant Ridge Street, Water, Sewer and Drainage Improvement
District No. 636 of Little Rock, Arkansas, to succeed Richard
Toll as a member of the board and he is directed to forthwith
take his oath of office and enter upon his duties as such
Commissioner.
