A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE
RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE LITTLE ROCK JOB
TRAINING PRIVATE INDUSTRY COUNCIL REGARDING
THE EXPENDITURES OF FISCAL YEAR 1984 FOR THE
SUMMER YOUTH EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM AND FOR FISCAL
YEAR 1984 -1985 FOR THE CONTINUED JOB TRAINING
OPERATIONS.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock has served as an
administrative entity for the Little Rock service delivery area;
and
WHEREAS, for fiscal year 1984 Title IIB monies in the
amount of $422,537.00 to operate a summer youth employment
program is available; and
WHEREAS, there is available for 1984 -1985 $850,057.00 and
$765,051.00, respectively, for the continued job training program
operations for the Job Training Plan.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The recommendations for allocation for the
1984 summer youth employment program and the continued job
training program operations are hereby accepted and approved as
follows:
1. Summer youth employment program: $422,537.00.
