A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON
THE PETITION TO VACATE HILL STREET BETWEEN
I -430 AND BATTLE STREETS, AND BATTLE STREET
BETWEEN BARKSDALE ROAD (LOVELACE STREET) AND
HILL STREETS, IN BOOKER HEIGHTS ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a. petition was duly filed with the Board of

Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 10th
day
of

1984, asking the
Board of
Directors
to
vacate
and abandon
all
of Hill Street
from I -430
to Battle

Street, between Blocks 11 & 14 of Booker Heights Addition, and
Battle Street from Barksdale Road (Lovelace Street) to Hill Street
between Blocks 12 & 14, Booker Heights Addition to the City of
Little Rock,
Arkansas,
as designated
on the plat of
said
Addition
now appearing
of record
in Plat Book

, in the
office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject,
however, to any public utility easements located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at
the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:00
o'clock P.M., on the 21st day of February , 19 84 .
SECTION 2. The city Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
