A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF LAND
FOR FLOODWAY PURPOSES; COMMENDING TERRY MOORE
& ASSOCIATES FOR THEIR DONATION; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Terry Moore & Associates have dedicated certain
property along Rock Creek for Floodway purposes, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that the dedication be
accepted and that Terry Moore & Associates be commended for
deeding the land to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The dedication of 2.2 acres more or less in
Tract 9, West Markham Street Subdivision described in Instru-
merit No. 83 - -6390 in the Pulaski County Records is hereby
accepted.
SECTION 2. Terry Moore & Associates are hereby commended
for their dedication of the land to the City.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval.
