RESOLUTION NO. 7,306
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE REPORT OF
THE SPECIAL MASTER, WAYNE LEE.
WHEREAS, The Board of Directors received requests to
remove the Commissioners of Sewer Improvement District No. 142;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors appointed Wayne Lee,
attorney at law, to conduct a public hearing into the
allegations; and
WHEREAS, the Special Master held a public hearing and
subsequently issued a report, including specific Findings of Fact
and Conclusions of Law.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors hereby adopts the
report of Wayne Lee, Special Master, including the Findings of
Fact and Conclusions of Law, as its own.
