RESOLUTION NO. 7,290
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO AWARD CONTRACTS FOR HEALTH AND LIFE
INSURANCE FOR CITY EMPLOYEES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute a contract for health and life insurance for City
employees to The Prudential Insurance Co. of America for one year
beginning December 1, 1984, for a total price not to exceed the
budget, payable from the City's operating funds.
