A RESOLUTION APPOINTING DICK HERGET TO
POSITION NO. 6 ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
WHEREAS, due to the resignation of Chief Justice Webb
Hubbell, there is a vanancy on the Board of Directors.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Dick Herget is hereby appointed to Position
No. 6 on the Board of Directors to fill the unexpired term of
Chief Justice Webb Hubbell.
