A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS
TO THE HOUSING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND APPEALS,
PRIVATE INDUSTRY COUNCIL, HISTORIC DISTRICT, PORT
AUTHORITY, SIGN APPEAL BOARD AND OAKLAND - FRATERNAL
CEMETERY BOARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby
appointed and reappointed as members of the respective boards
and commissions:
(a) Housing Board of Adjustment and Appeals:
Carl H. Miller, Jr. reappointed to a four year term from
August 1, 1983 to August 1, 1987.
(b) Private Industry Council:
Reappointed to three year terms beginning May 3, 1984 and
ending May 3, 1987:
Bill Perry
Richard Torrence
Sherman Tate
Dr. Jerry Jewell
Jeane Lambie
Carolyn Johnson
(c) Historic District Commission:
Elizabeth Foti and Sam Strauss, Jr. reappointed to three
year terms beginning June 15, 1984 and ending June 15, 1987.
(d) Port Authori
Fred I. Brown, Jr. reappointed to a five year term expiring
July 6, 1989.
(e) Sign Appeal Board:
Brenda Wilson, Bill Matthews and O. D. Tucker reappointed
to two year terms expiring July 1, 1986.
(f) Oakland - Fraternal Cemetery Board:
Mrs. Georgia Smith appointed to fill the unexpired term of
Mrs. M. S. Torrence, said term expiring June 1, 1985.
