WHEREAS, the two units described in Warranty Deed

Instrument No. 84 -25375 should be bound by the covenants and

conditions in Master Deed Instrument No. 84 -25376 but may be
deemed not to be so bound due to the assignment of instru-
ment numbers by the Pulaski County Circuit Clerk; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Commissioners
of the Little Rock Municipal Water Works, the Little Rock
Sanitary Sewer Committee, the Little Rock Municipal Water
Works to modify the deed records to clarify for all that
apartments 3B and 4A as described in the present Instrument
No. 84 -25375 are subject to the covenants and conditions in
the Master Deed to the Water Utilities Horizontal Property
Regime described in Instrument No. 84- 25376,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Direc- 276
tors of the City of Little Rock that the Mayor be and is
hereby authorized to convey, by quitclaim deed, the follow-
ing described property from the City of Little Rock for the
use and benefit of the Little Rock Sanitary Sewer Committee,
Grantor, to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas for the use
and benefit of the Little Rock Municipal Water Works,
Grantee, to wit:
Apartments 3B and 4A as described in the
Master Deed to Water Utilities Horizon-
tal Property Regime, said property
regime encompassing the following
described land in Pulaski County,
Arkansas: Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12,
Block 29, Original City of Little Rock,
Arkansas;
and immediately thereafter to convey, by warranty deed, the
following described property from the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas for the use and benefit of the Little Rock Munici-
pal Water Works, Grantor, to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, for the use and benefit of the Little Rock Sani-
tary Sewer Committee, Grantee, to wit:
Apartments 3B and 4A as described in the
Master Deed to Water Utilities Horizon-
tal Property Regime, said property
regime encompassing the following
described land in Pulaski County,
Arkansas: Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12,
Block 29, Original City of Little Rock,
Arkansas;
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the quitclaim deed des-
cribed herein shall be filed and assigned an instrument
number before the warranty deed described herein is filed
and assigned an instrument number.

GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand
by paid the City of Little Rock, Arkansas for the use and
benefit of Little Rock Municipal Water Works, GRANTEE, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant,
sell and quitclaim unto the said GRANTEE and unto its
successors and assigns forever, all its right, title,
interest, and claim in and to the following- described land
situated in the County of Pulaski, State of Arkansas,
to -wit:
Apartments 3B and 4A as described in the
Master Deed to Water Utilities
Horizontal Property Regime, said
property regime encompassing the
following described land in Pulaski
