RESOLUTION NO. 7,399
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXTEND THE CONTRACT WITH MEHLBURGER,
TANNER & ASSOCIATES FOR THE ENGINEERING
DESIGN FOR THE WEST MARKHAM STREET
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
extend the contract with Mehlburger, Tanner and Associates for
the engineering design for the West Markham Street Improvement
Project to accomodate major changes in the scope of the project.
SECTION 2. No additional funding is necessary for the
extension of this contract.
