A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS
TO THE ADVERTISING & PROMOTION COMMISSION, PRIVATE
INDUSTRY COUNCIL, BOARD OF ELECTRICAL CODE APPEALS,
CENTRAL ARKANSAS LIBRARY SYSTEM BOARD OF TRUSTEES,
CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION, CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION,
MUSEUM OF SCIENCF & HISTORY BOARD OF TRUSTEES, AND
THE PARKING AUTHORITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby
appointed and reappointed as members of the respective boards
and commissions:
(a) Advertising and Promotion Commission
Mr. James Hathaway, appointed to fill the unexpired term
of Mr. Frank Dussex, said term expiring May 4, 1986.
(b) Private Industry Council
Mr. Maurice Williams, appointed to fill the unexpired term
of Carolyn Johnson, said term expiring May 3, 1987.
(c) Board of Electrical Code Appeals
Joe F. Fort and Bert Jones, reappointed to three year terms
expiring November 25, 1987.
(d) Central Arkansas Library System Board of Trustees
Wanda Hamilton and Phil Anderson; reappointed to three year
terms expiring December 31, 1987.
(e) City Beautiful Commission
Herbert J. Parker, Jr., appointed to a three year term
expiring October 19, 1987.
Gloria Love and Constance Whitfield, reappointed to three
year terms expiring October 19, 1987.
(f) Civil Service Commission
Reeves Ritchie, reappointed to a six year term expiring
April 1, 1991.
(g) Museum of Science & History Board of Trustees
Charles Matthews and Tad Phillips, reappointed to six year
terms expiring November 15, 1990.
(h) Parking Authority
Dick Herget, appointed to fill the unexpired term of Byron
R. Morse, said term expiring August 1, 1989.
