A RESOLUTION SETTING THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE
SPECIAL CANINE UNIT FOR APRIL 16, 1985 at 6:00 P.M.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That April 16, 1985, at 6:00 p.m., shall be
the date for a public hearing on the proposed Special Canine
Unit.
SECTION 2. Notice of the public hearing shall be
published twice a week for one week in a newspaper of general
public publication prior to April 16, 1985.
SECTION 3. The public hearing shall be set for thirty
minutes. The participants are urged to designate their speakers
and to coordinate their presentations. The hearing shall be
conducted as follows:
a. 10 minutes for designated speakers for the
proponents;
b. 10 minutes for designated speakers for the
opponents;
C. 5 minutes for rebuttal and summary for the
proponents; and
d. 5 minutes for rebuttal and summary for the
opponents.
