A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE ALLEY IN BLOCK 112, ORIGINAL
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City of

Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 13th day of February, 1985, asking the Board of Directors
to vacate and abandon all.the alley in Block 112 of Original City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as designated on the plat of said Addition now appearing of record in Deed
Book L, Pages 332, 488 & 490, in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas,
subject however, to any public utility easements located in said alley.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting of the
Board of Directors-in the City Hall at 6:00 o'clock P.M., on the 16th
day of April 19 85
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice to such hearing
in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive
weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general
circulation in the City of Little Rock.
