RESOLUTION NO. 7,347
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE
LITTLE ROCK CLEAN INDOOR AIR ORDINANCE (SMOKING
ORDINANCE) FOR APRIL 2, 1985, AT 6:00 P.M.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That April 2, 1985, at 6:00 P.M., shall be
the date for a public hearing on the proposed smoking ordinance
entitled the Little Rock Clean Indoor Air Ordinance of 1985.
SECTION 2. Notice of the public hearing shall be
published twice a week in a newspaper of general public
publication prior to April 2, 1985.
SECTION 3. The public hearing shall be set for thirty
minutes. The participants are urged to designate their speakers
and to coordinate their presentations. The hearing shall be
conducted as follows:
a. 10 minutes for designated speakers for the
proponents;
b. 10 minutes for designated speakers for the
opponents;
C. 5 minutes for rebuttal and summary for the
proponents; and
d. 5 minutes for rebuttal and summary for the
opponents.
